Happy Birthday Justin!!!!!!!

All week my husband has been dreading today. He hates celebrating his Birthday and always wants to skip it. I think most people enjoy having a day that's all about them, even if it's just for a day and it means that you are getting older. Not Justin, he thinks that everyday is all about him already so his Birthday just means that he is another year older! So here is to another year older, wiser, and closer to retirement!!! I'm very lucky to have a guy like Justin, I joke that it's all about him, but in reality he does everything for his family. He loves us very much and wants us to play just as hard as he gets to. He got a boat for family days out on the lake, even if Braxten and I get sick of going and we HAVE to go so he can get a wake board run in. He goes and rides motocross to give me a day to myself, even if I've had five of those already in one week, he lets me have one more. He also wants to bond with his uncle and cousins, and one day soon I think he hopes to be able to share that love of riding his bike with Braxten. He drives a nice truck and washes it every week so that when he takes me out I don't get my clothes dirty, not because he can't stand a dirty truck, it's all for me. He has taken on Hobbies of remote control airplane flying and race car driving, so we don't have to sit around the house on Sunday we can have a little family entertainment without breaking the Sabbath. See he thinks of all of us in his daily activities!!! All joking aside I love my husband and he really does work hard for our family. He is keeping us a float in these hard economic times, and I want him to how much I appreciate it. I'm thankful everyday that I married him and that he keeps me smiling all the time. So Happy Birthday Just, I love you!

A Walk Down Memory Lane:

Big Brother

Braxten's mom is having a baby soon and he is so nerves. He is not all that thrilled that he will soon have a baby brother, but little does he know how great of a big brother he will be. Since this last trip to Utah my little niece Olivia has been saying his name whenever she sees us, Braxty??? Go?? Braxty?? It is so cute!!! She loves him and misses him when he is not here. He also has another little cousin, Haley that loves him too!! He plays with these two so well. When we all went to Utah for my mother in laws wedding, Braxten and Haley played and had a great time. Braxten usually plays with his cousin Sam who is a year younger than him and he is a boy. These two are best buds and will most likely be best friends as they grow. When Haley was put in the mix it was so cute to watch Braxten be like an older brother and watch out for and stick up for her when people weren't getting along. He does the same with Livy he was so excited when he saw that she was walking. He would have nothing to do with her when she was a tiny baby, but now that she is mobile, he has warmed up to her and she adores him. So I think that he is going to be a great big brother and that he is going to like the whole baby thing after all. He takes after his father in that since, Justin always says that we just don't want to have kids, our life is so much easier without them. Deep down I know that he wants them and is excited for when WE start our family.

Braxten and his cute little cousins! I think he he'll be a great big brother and I can't wait for him to realize that it's not going to be that bad.

Well I fought my husband to finally get our family pictures done. I'm so excited!!!!! While we were in Utah we got them done by one of my friends, and I love them. I needed her to fix some of them so this picture above is just a preview! You'll have to tune in for the rest of them. Although this is one of my favorite pics, I don't like that I'm standing so far away from the boys, it's like I stink of something. Anyway I'm glad I won the battle and we got them done. It was really bright out that day so in a lot of the pics we are squinting, oh well though.

My Buddy

Last year my brother in law and sister in law moved to Texas. In this move they brought there sweet little girl Olivia. Livy is my little buddy!! She is such a fun, smart, and funny little girl who keeps us all on our toes. She knows that the world adores her because when she wants something and you tell her no she just goes to the next victim and gets them to give it to her. I love her sweet little hugs and when she say my name, " M-Ma" and all the babble that she says when she is trying to tell you something. Since Ryan and Lindsey have been here they have been in Primary and so Justin and I watched her while they did their calling. It was so nice to be able to play with her for three hours and have the breaks from the lessons!! She is now old enough for nursery and so she goes there for church and I miss her so much!!!! I now have to pay attention in class, which actually is nice, but I still miss my sweet little friend. The ward is really going to be confused now because everyone thought that she was mine. Everyone always thinks that there nieces and nephews are the cutest, but I have to tell you MINE really are. Each and every one of them, I'm just lucky that Livy lives so close so I can watch her grow. I love you Girl!!!

We're going to the Olympics!!!!!!

We just got back from Utah and we had a great time!!! Justin was able to go snow mobiling the first day that we got there. That night we went to pick up Braxten and they went skiing for the next couple of days. Braxten is getting so GOOD! He is a natural just like his dad. I'm glad that they can do this together and have such a great time and bonding experience.

Attempting to Save my Marriage!!!

So for the past month or so my allergies have been REALLY bad. At one point for about a week I had to sleep somewhat sitting up otherwise I would choke on snot. It was gross I'm not going to lie, but I kept telling myself it's not allergies it's a cold from the weather being so up and down lately it gave me a cold. After about the third time I got this alleged cold Justin had had it. He was so frustrated with me because I wouldn't go and get a steroid shot. For the past three years I have gotten one and my allergies are so much better, I mean night and day. So I had waited to make sure that I got a period and for some miracle I wasn't pregnant, story of my life, so that I could go and get the shot. Well I woke up yesterday to a huge ice storm in Texas, which means that everything is shut down and delayed and if you can stay home, stay home. I called the family medical place down the street and asked her to see if it was possible to come in and get treated and get a shot. She said that it shouldn't be a problem, but they would need my records from my past doctor to see that I have gotten this shot for the past three years. No problem right!!! Well the office was closed do to the ice and wouldn't open until 12. So I waited for them to open, called at 12 and they still weren't in. I kind of started getting annoyed because they are only open on Monday's and Wednesday's at this office, and the nurse said that legally they have up to two weeks to get the papers faxed over. I needed to have a signed medical release form as well and this is something that they can only fax over, they can't e-mail it. So I drove to the family medical place filled everything out and crossed my fingers. This medical office was trying to leave by three, because the roads were going to get bad again so I wasn't holding my breath on getting in. I could see the doctor, but it would cost me more money to come back and get the shot. So I went to Walmart to pick up some prescriptions and food shop a little. I got a call and it was the nurse saying they got my paper work and to come by in an hour. I was so excited!!! I went and got the shot and some antibiotics, because I have a sinus infection or bronchitis, and the steroid shot. If anyone has had one of those they hurt, they make your muscles sore and go into spasms. It was so worth it, but buy the end of the night I could breathe and I wasn't coughing a whole bunch of crap up anymore. The bad thing is my back hurt so bad I couldn't fall asleep and then when I finally did I only slept for 3 hours and couldn't fall back asleep. I don't know what my deal is, but I can breathe and my husband isn't disgusted by me anymore.
