Sucked In!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few weeks ago my sister got me hooked on the twilight books. I had seen the movie when it first came out, but I hadn't gotten around to the books yet, I wasn't sure there was a need for them. Then, she read the first book and was hooked. She read the book and watched the movie a few times. So it got me interested. I read the first book, even though I had seen the movie I wanted to see how it compares, all in all, I think that I liked the movie better. So it's been a while since I read the first book and I was going to wait to read the second. My sister got the book and really wanted to talk to me about it so she made me read the second book. So I picked up the book and read it in one day. My husband hates it when I read because I do nothing else. I felt guilty for not doing anything so I waited a day to pick up the third, and read that over the past few days, I had to get some laundry and the house picked up this week and I thought that my husband would kill me if I didn't do anything but read. I haven't started the fourth book yet, but I'm excited. If you haven't read any of the books yet and you plain to STOP reading this now, if you haven't read any of the books and you have no idea what I'm talking about sorry. I'm getting a little annoyed with how clingy Bella is, it's kind of pathetic. what kind of luck does someone have that they need to chose between a vampire and a wolf??? Who is going to be after her in the fourth book??? I think that she tried really hard to stretch all these books out over 4 books and some of the things are a little too far fetched, even for a vampire book!!!! I do like the books, but I really think that I like the movie better. I guess we'll see how the next movie turns out if it can compare????

Back In Action!!!

I'm not going to lie, I haven't been up to anything, just to lazy to blog. I think that my life is boring, but here are a few things that we have been up to and changes in our life:

I chopped all my hair off!! I have been wanting to do it for so long, but never had the guts to do it. When I finally realized that my hair would never look the way I wanted it to look long, I cut it off. For how long it was, it was long enough to donate or anything, but since the initial cut I've had it cut twice because it wasn't short enough. I love it!!!! I'm glad that I did it.

We had a huge hail storm. I have never been in anything like this before. It hit our house so hard that I was truly scared and went to hide under the covers. I don't know what I thought that was going to do, but I did. My heart was racing!! It ended up totaling our roof, put holes in our siding and destroyed Justin's truck. He couldn't even go and look at his truck because he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep if he did. It was about $10,000 in damage to his truck and it was in the shop for 3 weeks.

Justin had another race and I finally got to go to this one. He did so great. He is getting so good on the bike it makes me a little more nerves every time that he goes, but I'm glad that he loves it so much. This race was his first race in the heat and he had a really hard time with it, because of the heat. He still did great. Each race he gets a better time, way to go Justin. O by the way Justin is the guy on the yellow bike.

This weekend I had to miss his race because I threw my cousin a baby shower. I have to admit that it turned out pretty cute. I had a good time working with my mom and sister and everyone loved the food.

We didn't make the cakes, but they were so good. Look up nothing bundt cakes and see if they have them around you because they are the best cakes ever. We took a stab at chocolate dipped strawberries, pink and brown that was our color scheme. And then the guest of honor. Shannon texted me the night before and said that she might be in labor, I started to freak out because I didn't know what I was going to do with all that food, but it ended up being a false alarm. You would think that after four kids she would know what labor feels like!!! I guess it has been 10 years since her last pregnancy, yes that's right to all of those who have had their husbands fixed, sometimes they still get through!!!! Shannon is very excited to welcome their new baby any day now, or she will be induced on Wednesday.

Last weekend we loaded up and went to Colorado to meet my newest niece, Miss London Marie, she is so cute and a little ball of fire. I of coarse forgot to take pictures, but take my word for it she is going to break hearts one day. We had so much fun visiting my brother and his family, my other nieces and nephew are so funny and so much fun to be around. Although I got a little stir crazy I had to get out of the house on and so I went 4x4 with the boys and had a real good time!!!!The drive was ling but we made there in back alive and for the first time no speeding tickets.
